After Janell was gone, it took 3 weeks to work on it and nobody had a clue to finish it. We closed two weeks late and my buyers had to pay rent for two weeks. That was the most horrible experience for me and my clients in buying a house.

April was great in helping us get funding for our very first house! Even though we are first time home buyers and would get frustrated at times because of the detailed process that getting funding is, she was always very understanding and sympathetic with us. A funny coincidence was that while we were going through the process I actually met someone through my job that personally knew her as a former coworker and friend who assured me she was the best of the best!

I have never experienced a loan process that went so smoothly (this is my fourth). April and her team were amazing! When I was thinking of purchasing my home I didn't know what to expect as a first time home buyer. Tracy and her incredible team made the entire process so easy for me I'm pleased with their service and experience.

Overall fairly satisfied. Complete santification was not fulfilled due to small details. We realize we are not the only people being assisted but we often felt that we were the lowest priority. Requests for documentation came end of business day so it made it difficult to ask for clarification on what was needed. Questions we had would receive quick responses that answers where being researched but actual answers were late in coming, unclear, and/or never provided.
