Overall fairly satisfied. Complete santification was not fulfilled due to small details. We realize we are not the only people being assisted but we often felt that we were the lowest priority. Requests for documentation came end of business day so it made it difficult to ask for clarification on what was needed. Questions we had would receive quick responses that answers where being researched but actual answers were late in coming, unclear, and/or never provided.
